The event itself will include a variety of natural foods, a scenic view of the work NVCT does, and a line of fine wines and drinks. In addition, live music will provide the perfect accompaniment to these glorious surroundings. Tickets: $75 for one or $125 for two!
NVCT has preserved 5,370 acres in NoVA, and currently holds 93 conservation easements and owns 21 properties. NVCT was accredited by the national Land Trust Accreditation Commission, chosen (again in 2010) by the Catalogue for Philanthropy as one of the best small nonprofits in the DC area, and was a recipient of the 2010 Governor's Environmental Excellence Award.
