Thomas VanBlaricom

Tom joined the NVCT Board in 2013. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Environmental Consultants and Contractors, Inc. (ECC), an environmental engineering firm specializing in the identification and remediation of regulated and hazardous waste releases in land and water. Now in its 30th year, ECC has successfully performed more than 15,000 individual projects in numerous states and overseas. Tom grew up in western Pennsylvania, enjoying many days and nights hiking the Laurel Highlands.

He is a soil scientist by degree and graduated from Penn State University. He currently resides within the protected Occoquan Watershed near the Historic Town of Clifton, Virginia.
