Mark is a risk management consultant who relocated to Northern Virginia from West Virginia in 2008 after working in state government, nongovernmental, and professional services organizations. His experience spanned economic and community development, environmental management, and critical infrastructure protection.

When he is not serving consulting clients, Mark can be found supporting his wife Sarah’s home staging business or playing Irish fiddle.
