Phill Yi

Phill is an Associate Vice President with Hazen and Sawyer, an environmental consulting firm specializing in all things water. Phill is passionate about our natural resources, including water and land conservation. He grew up in parts of Maryland and Northern Virginia and enjoyed swimming in the Little Patuxent River and running along various trails around Lake Accotink and Burke Lake Parks. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Virginia Tech with his MS in Environmental Engineering. He has served on the Board for other non-profit organizations, like the Virginia Water Environment Association. He currently resides within the Occoquan Watershed near Centreville, VA.
