Caroline, King George, and Spotsylvania Counties

NVCT works with the regional planning commission serving Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline Counties and the City of Fredericksburg. NVCT is participating in a grant funded by the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to assess progress implementing the regional Green Infrastructure Plan in the jurisdictions. The grant allows for work to find new strategies and recommendations for these jurisdictions to meet water quality goals in an efficient and cost-effective way. NVCT also is working across the region to permanently protect important forests, farmland, wetlands, and valuable Civil War sites and battlefields. We look forward to connecting with communities and private landowners interested in conserving their land in these counties. We want to help you protect the land you love forever in this very significant part of Virginia.
