Shruti now works in advertising at Google as the Strategic Insights Lead in Large Customer Sales supporting Government & Advocacy customers. She has been actively involved in her community, dedicating seven years to the Arlington Parks and Recreation Commission, where she advocated for residents of all backgrounds to have access to public spaces.

Shruti holds a Masters of Science in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University. Her master's thesis focused on the differences among generations and their attitudes surrounding climate change. She also possesses a Bachelors of Science in Policy and Management and a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
